ComeOnFly is operated by ComeOnFly LLC. These terms cover our website, travel search interfaces, guides, articles and the ComeOnFly parts of our branded partner services, including flights.comeonfly.com.

These terms explain the conditions for using our services. They do not replace the booking contract or privacy notices of the airline, accommodation provider, rental company, transfer provider, activity operator or booking seller you choose.

ComeOnFly provides travel information, search tools and referrals to travel partners. In the partner booking flows described below, the seller identified during checkout takes the booking and payment. ComeOnFly does not issue the ticket, operate the accommodation or perform the transport or activity.

A widget is a partner tool displayed inside our website. A partner can supply the underlying search or booking technology. Our logo or domain does not make ComeOnFly the seller of every offer displayed there. Check the seller name, terms and contact information before paying.

We remain responsible for our own website, content and conduct to the extent required by applicable law. Contact us for website problems, content corrections and questions about our role.

• Flights — Travelpayouts. Flight search at flights.comeonfly.com uses Travelpayouts technology. The airline or travel seller you select handles checkout, ticketing, booking support and applicable fare conditions.
• Accommodation — Stay22. Our accommodation map displays partner offers through Stay22. The booking provider identified in the selected offer and checkout supplies the booking service and its conditions.
• Experiences — Viator. Activity widgets link to Viator offers. Read the terms shown for the specific experience, including operator details, meeting arrangements, age limits and cancellation rules.
• Car rental — Localrent. The checkout documents identify the rental supplier and contractual roles. Check the deposit, insurance, driving licence, driver age, collection requirements and cancellation conditions for the selected car.
• Transfers — Kiwitaxi. Check the named provider, pickup instructions, waiting time, luggage limits and cancellation conditions before confirming.

Each service can have its own availability, supported locations, currencies, terms and privacy controls. Partner content can load within our pages or on another domain. Follow the terms presented by that service; these website terms cannot alter your booking contract.

The technology and branding inside partner widgets remain subject to the relevant owners’ rights. Access through ComeOnFly does not give you permission to copy, resell, re-embed or remove attribution from partner tools or data.

ComeOnFly may earn a commission when you follow a partner link or make a qualifying booking through our links, widgets or flight search. These commercial relationships help fund the website.

We do not compare every travel provider or guarantee that an offer is the cheapest available. Results, rankings and availability can be determined by the partner’s search system. Review the total price and conditions with the seller before deciding.

Search results are subject to availability and can change before checkout. The final price, taxes, mandatory fees, baggage, meals, deposits, insurance and optional extras are those disclosed by the seller for your selection.

A display currency may differ from the payment currency. Conversion estimates do not guarantee the exchange rate or charges applied by the seller, card issuer or bank. Verify the currency and total payable before authorising a payment.

Searches, saved preferences and displayed offers do not reserve inventory or confirm a booking. Rely on the seller’s booking confirmation and any required issued ticket or voucher.

Provide accurate traveller details and review all booking information before confirming with the seller. You must have authority to act for other travellers and meet the age and eligibility requirements of the relevant service.

For missing confirmations, payment questions, tickets, vouchers or urgent travel changes, contact the seller using the details in your confirmation or checkout. ComeOnFly support can help identify the appropriate service but cannot access every partner reservation or promise to modify it.

Do not send us full card numbers, security codes, account passwords or passport scans in an ordinary support email.

Eligibility, fees, deadlines and refund arrangements depend on your booking conditions and applicable law. There is no single cancellation or refund rule that applies to all services shown on ComeOnFly.

Submit requests to the seller or the service specified in your confirmation. A message sent only to ComeOnFly does not itself cancel a partner reservation. Ask the responsible provider to confirm receipt and the effect of your request, especially near a deadline.

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory passenger or consumer rights, including rights that may apply when a provider cancels or changes a service.

Guides, maps, articles and flight-map information support travel planning. They can contain errors or become outdated. Verify entry requirements, health advice, safety information, schedules and operational flight details with the relevant authority, carrier or provider. Map and flight displays are not navigation or emergency services.

Local listings introduce independent people or businesses. A listing is not a guarantee of licensing, insurance, safety or quality. Before arranging a service directly, check the provider’s identity, terms and suitability.

If you submit a profile, photo or other content, you must have the necessary rights and the permission of any identifiable people. You authorise us to review, format and publish the submitted material for the listing you requested, including the contact details you explicitly designate as public. You retain ownership. Contact support to request a correction or removal; independently copied or cached material may remain elsewhere.

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit false or unlawful material, impersonate another person, interfere with security or availability, introduce malicious code, or bypass access restrictions. Do not collect personal details from listings for unsolicited marketing.

ComeOnFly content, design and software, and third-party trademarks and materials, belong to their respective owners or licensors. Ordinary personal browsing and sharing links are permitted. Reproduction, automated extraction or commercial reuse requires permission unless applicable law allows it.

We may restrict misuse or remove unlawful or infringing submissions. To report a rights concern, provide the relevant page, your contact details and a description of your rights to support@comeonfly.com.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our Cookie Policy describes browser storage and the scope of our settings. Partners provide their own notices for their tools and booking services.

We aim to keep our website useful and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free content or continued availability of a particular partner or offer. We may maintain, change or discontinue website features.

We do not control a partner’s performance of its booking contract. This does not exclude responsibility for our own actions where applicable law makes us responsible. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer remedies.

Send concerns about ComeOnFly to support@comeonfly.com with the page or service concerned and the outcome you are seeking. Booking complaints should also be directed to the responsible seller.

Applicable law determines your rights and the courts or dispute-resolution bodies available to you. These terms do not require you to waive mandatory protections in your country of residence, use compulsory arbitration or bring every dispute exclusively in New Mexico.

We will publish changes to these website terms with an updated date and provide additional notice where required. Changes do not retrospectively rewrite a booking contract with a third-party seller.
