What information our website uses, how partner services receive it, and how to contact us about your data.
Last updated: 2 October 2026
ComeOnFly LLC is responsible for the personal information it processes to operate ComeOnFly, respond to enquiries and manage its own content and listings. This policy covers comeonfly.com and the ComeOnFly-controlled parts of flights.comeonfly.com.
ComeOnFly LLCTravel partners independently handle information for their own search, tracking and booking services as explained in their notices. Our branding does not mean that all information entered in an embedded service is collected or controlled by ComeOnFly.
The approximate country feature does not request GPS access. A manual visitor-country choice is remembered across visits only when the preference setting permits it. Rental-country selection is a separate choice in the rental tool.
If you activate the microphone visualisation, your browser asks for microphone permission. The current feature analyses audio in the browser to animate the visualisation; it does not upload audio to ComeOnFly for transcription. You can revoke microphone permission in your browser.
We use information to deliver pages and requested searches, preserve travel context, respond to messages, review and maintain local listings, troubleshoot errors, protect the website and meet legal obligations. Partner identifiers also allow the relevant affiliate network to attribute qualifying referrals and commissions.
Where the GDPR or similar rules apply, we rely on the basis appropriate to the activity: taking steps you request or providing an agreed service; legitimate interests in running and securing the website and responding to enquiries, balanced against your rights; compliance with legal obligations; and consent where required, including optional storage and publication choices. A legitimate interest does not replace consent where consent is required for tracking.
You can browse without sending us an enquiry or profile. We need an address to answer an email, and the required application fields to review a local profile. Withholding those details prevents that particular service.
Loading a third-party tool establishes a connection with its provider. That provider receives technical request information and the search fields supplied to its tool; it may also use its own browser storage. On comeonfly.com, Stay22, Viator, Localrent, Kiwitaxi and Google Maps embeds remain unloaded unless both Analytics and Advertising are enabled. Withdrawing either permission stops these embedded tools; it does not erase information already received by providers.
Airlines, booking sellers, accommodation companies, activity operators, rental suppliers and transfer providers receive the details you submit to them. Their booking and payment forms can request traveller, contact, identity and payment information. Review their notices at checkout. ComeOnFly does not receive your full payment-card details through these partner checkout forms.
Hosting, email and content-management service providers process information needed to supply their services to us. External media servers receive technical requests when their images or content load. We may disclose information where legally required, to protect rights and security, or to professional advisers under appropriate confidentiality obligations. Not every travel partner acts as our processor; many determine their own purposes and means of processing.
Approved profiles can show your display name, location, languages, specialties, biography, photo and the contact channels you mark as public. Your private application email is used for administration; it is published only if you also provide it as a public contact.
Public profile information can be viewed, copied and indexed by others. Do not submit private information for publication without permission. Ask support to update or remove a profile or withdraw publication permission. Removal from our site cannot automatically remove independent copies or search-engine caches.
We keep enquiries for the time needed to resolve and follow up the matter, and longer where a legal obligation or a specific dispute requires it. Application information is retained for review and, for accepted profiles, while the listing is maintained. On a deletion request we assess what can be removed and what must be retained for a legal obligation or claim.
Technical records are retained according to their operational and security purpose and the settings of the relevant service. Browser-storage durations are listed in the Cookie Policy. Partner booking and tracking records follow the partner’s policy. There is no single retention period covering all of these categories.
ComeOnFly LLC is a US company. Our hosting, communications and travel partners can process information in the United States and other countries. Applicable protections and transfer requirements depend on the service and the information involved. Contact us for details of safeguards applicable to a specific transfer; partner notices explain their own arrangements.
We use access restrictions and technical measures to protect the services we control. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security. Do not email card security codes, passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
Write to support@comeonfly.com to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal of a privacy decision. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before it.
Tell us what you are requesting and which interaction or profile it concerns. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity or an authorised representative’s authority. We will handle requests within the applicable legal deadline and explain any lawful limitation. You may complain to the data-protection authority with jurisdiction, including your local authority where applicable.
For information held independently by a booking seller or widget provider, contact that provider as well. Changing a ComeOnFly preference does not erase information already held by a partner. Browser controls can clear stored information, block third-party cookies and revoke microphone permissions; some functionality may then be unavailable.
Affiliate tools can involve third-party identifiers and attribution. Where applicable privacy law gives you rights to opt out of a sale, sharing or targeted advertising, contact support and use the relevant provider’s controls. Our settings stop the embedded partner tools on comeonfly.com. Independently visited partner sites and the separately hosted flight search have their own controls.
ComeOnFly is intended for people able to plan and arrange travel, rather than as a service directed to children. Do not submit a child’s personal information to us unless you have authority and it is necessary. Booking providers can request child ages or traveller details for a trip under their own notices. Contact support if you believe a child has provided personal information to ComeOnFly improperly.
We will update this policy when our processing changes and provide any additional notice required by law. The date above identifies this version. For privacy questions, use our support email or postal address.
